Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Course Fees

Once a child is enrolled and payment is completed, fees are non-refundable except in special cases (see below).

2. Cancellations

  • Parents may cancel an enrollment before the first session begins and request a refund.

  • Once classes have started, cancellation is not permitted.

3. Refunds

  • Full refund will be provided if Enimno cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Partial or pro-rata refunds are not available once the program has started.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
